Caislean Oak Collection - exclusive engineered wooden floor from National Tile Ltd.
National Tile Ltd has been synonymous with sourcing and distributing ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles for Ireland’s retailers, contractors, architects and designers since 1980. But we are now equally recognised for offering the finest engineered wooden flooring and laminate ranges that encompass a myriad of contemporary and traditional designs to meet most customer's demands.
With strong and trusted relationships with global suppliers, we source the best of unfinished oak from managed forests and using our own in−house expertise, we apply our own finishes. The result is our exclusive flagship brand - Caislean Oak Collection.
We deliver a wide range of textures and a large palette of colours to the marketplace. Many of the designs are unique. We take pride in the fact that the Caislean Oak Collection is Irish designed and manufactured and that local employment results from this. To enable maximum design choice, we offer an array of textures like sawn, brushed, burnt, hand−scrapped and deep brushed and we also offer custom colour matching.
At the cutting edge of floor design we can age the wood first and then apply various stains/oils to give a vintage olde world look. We are having great feedback about our new innovative finishes like gold, silver or pearl, which when used in conjunction with a base colour have been used to create stunning flooring for boutiques and for that special living space design.
But it isn’t just the look that impresses Caislean Oak floor owners. From an environmental, performance and maintenance point of view, the Collection is impressive too. Tung Oil Finish used as a final coat offers low VOC, allows for spot repair and offers some of the best resistance to staining available for this type of product. The floor may never need to be sanded, and with the minimal of maintenance, it will always give that fresh look. It is an amazing range!
The Caislean Oak Collection is suitable for commercial and domestic use. Designers and customers can choose from hundreds of possibilities in three sizes of planks: 150x15/4x1860mm, 189x15/4x1860, and a wide plank measuring 240x20/4x2200mm.
