The Amber underfloor heating mats offer the perfect solution to a warmer home. Simple to use and quick to install, the AmberMat can be easily rolled out and is designed to fit under a range of floor coverings.
The AmberMat is a strong self-adhesive mat, with 360° fully screened twin conductor encompassed within a tough yellow PVC outer sheath (non UV stable). With just a 4mm thickness it can be easily and quickly fitted directly onto the existing floor, making it perfect for renovations.
The high quality underfloor heating mats are minutely inspected and manufactured to confirm to all EU standards, enabling trouble free warm floors and providing complete peace of mind with their 12 year warranty.

All underfloor heating mats come with a 12 year warranty. Please register your product within 30 days from completion of installation, using Amber's warranty registration form, which can be found HERE.
This warranty is only valid if installed by an IET 17th Edition qualified electrician/electrical contractor. The installation must conform to Part P of the Building Regulations 2005. For full terms and conditions relating to the warranty please go HERE.
Please note: The warranty does not extend to costs of relaying, replacing or repairing any floor covering or floor. The warranty is not valid if faults are caused by damage, incorrect installation or mis-use.
